Legends Baseball

Legends Baseball has created advanced baseball specific training programs.  Legends has parnered with Cross Fit to take these programs to the next level.  Players will have the opportunity to work with Legends on the baseball aspect while performing strength and conditioning with Cross Fit.  These programs are the future of training for the serious baseball player.

Legends Baseball’s new state of the art training facility is located in Middleton, MA. This facility has 5 Astroturf batting cages that can be transformed into an open field. Our facility is also equipped with technologically advanced hitting devices and workout equipment to increase bat speed, bat control, arm speed, leg drive, hand-eye coordination, power, balance, and much more.
